The Role

As the State Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple stores within the Queensland & Western Australia regions. This role involves driving sales growth, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing inventory levels. The State Manager also plays a key role in developing and mentoring store managers, fostering a customer-centric culture, and implementing strategic initiatives to meet business objectives. Effective leadership and the ability to achieve sales targets and operational excellence are critical to success in this role.

This role reports into the National Retail Manager. 

Key responsibilities:

• Driving strategic direction and initiatives
• Achieving sales, KPI and wage targets
• Responsible for expense control, labour management, inventory management, shrinkage, gross profit and profit contribution
• Driving a strong Customer culture
• Inspiring and motivating team to deliver a strong succession plan
