Who We Seek:
We are seeking an Ambitious and results-driven Area Manager to strategically oversee multiple high-end lingerie boutiques. This instrumental role requires a professional, polished, and dynamic leader who is deeply committed to nurturing an aspirational, inspiring, and high-performance culture. What You’ll Do - Job Responsibilities:
As an Area Manager, you will be accountable to the State Manager for the achievement of sales results, KPIs, expense control, labor management, inventory management, shrinkage, gross profit, and profit contribution for all Boutiques within your Area. You will be responsible for developing Boutique Managers and the Retail Team by creating a high-performance, Customer-obsessed culture.
- Accountable for the achievement of sales targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Ensure team individual KPIs are at benchmark or above.
- Deliver required sales, labor, contribution, and shrinkage results.
Implement and manage sales targets and KPIs in collaboration with the State Manager to increase sales and enhance the Customer experience. - Ensure the customer perspective is the driving force behind business decisions, practices, and activities.
- Lead by example and ensure Boutique presentation is always immaculate.
- Control shrinkage in each Boutique and ensure faulty stock falls under budget. Team Leadership & Development
- Create and promote a positive succession plan through a positive team leadership culture.
- Build strong succession plans for continued growth through tailored programs and driving a feedback culture.
- Ensure Boutique Managers receive continuous coaching and support and consistently perform to the highest standard.
- Promote a feedback culture amongst the Area in accordance with the State Manager.
- Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with all direct reports to review and set performance expectations.
- Nurture high morale and motivation of the team.
What You’ll Bring - Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a multi-site retail leadership role (Area Manager or equivalent), preferably within premium or luxury retail.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, operational excellence, and team development across multiple locations.
- Acumen: Strong commercial acumen with experience in labor management, controllable contribution, shrinkage control, and KPI execution.
- Systems: Proficiency in retail systems including Kronos, The Hive, and inventory platforms, with strong planning and reporting capability.
- Culture: Confident leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build high-performing teams and succession pipelines.
- Must have unrestricted access to work in the U.S.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., perform frequent standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and work with cleaning chemicals.
- Able to stand and walk for 8 hour shifts and 40 hours a week.
- Ability to use technology (mobile devices, computers).
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $70K to $100K however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
