As an employee of Honey Birdette (which is a subsidiary of the Playboy Inc.), you will be involved with selling our products – lingerie, bedroom accessories, bedroom toys etc. We believe that through our products, we can inspire confidence and empower women to explore pleasure without apology. By choosing to work with Honey Birdette, you will become a part of this culture and will be expected to sell our products, which will include having conversations with our customers where you support them in choosing the right products for their individual needs.

You will regularly need to be in the fitting room with customers wearing lingerie to support them with fittings, and you will have discussions about sex, sexuality and the human anatomy. It is a core part of the HB Red Carpet experience that customers are introduced to the Toy Wall and shown the bedroom accessories.

At all times Honey Birdette believes these conversations should be empowering. We will provide training to team to support their confidence with the product and the appropriate handling of these conversations.

We have a zero tolerance policy for dysfunctional behaviour within our boutiques and will at all times support our team with handling any situations that arise.
