The Role

Are you the kind of person who thrives on keeping the show running smoothly? As our Retail Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that holds our retail world together. Think of yourself as the ultimate backstage hero, ensuring our stores dazzle and delight every single day. From solving operational puzzles to rolling out exciting new projects, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the go-to guru for store teams, and have an understanding of retail processes such as OMS, POS, stocktake, store closures and openings, visual merchandising, and coordinating maintenance. 
• Take the lead on how to use programs such as Kepler and Shopify.
• Collaborate with a dream team of cross-functional experts to align retail operations with our audacious goals and honey cultural commitments.
• Dive into performance metrics, turning data into insights that drive success.
• Help our team shine by coordinating training programs and sharing your expertise.

Your Sweet Spots (About You)

• Retail operations rockstar with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• A master of organisation who can juggle tasks like a pro.
• Communication champ who thrives on connecting with diverse teams.
• Ability to problem-solve, keep your cool and get things done.
• Tech-savvy with a knack for retail management systems and Microsoft Office.
• You're an Excel WIZARD!
