The Role 

As the Leasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the administration for all global lease agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will manage the relationships between the centre contact and the business, as well as partnering with the retail team to support the maintenance of the portfolio, and work on a current brand project to develop a new look and feel for upcoming Honey Birdette flagship locations - no two day's will be the same.

To be successful in this role you will be process driven, a warm-natured relationship management expert, have initiative and know just the right things to say to ensure a quick turn around time of required contract decisions, maintenance, payments, and any additional tasks required.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all leasing administration (corporate and retail stores), maintenance, data and documentation – ensuring they correspond with the lease management database.
• Lead the stakeholder relationship with our retail store centre contracts and ensure our leasing activity operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Review and reconcile lease invoices for accuracy and audit & investigating any discrepancies.
• Manage all bookings, approvals and correspondents with building maintenance and tradespersons.
• Tender coordination for Boutique development
• Reviewing builder agreements
• Work with the Finance team to ensure Lease Eagle is up to date and accurate
• Ensure files are up to date for compliance
• Coordination of property tasks in conjunction with the Director of Retail Operations

Your Sweet Spots (About You)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail leasing and contract agreement management.
• Employee experience driven, communications expert with ability to provide positive and fast outcomes.
• Warm attitude, people orientated, and smooth operator (there’s nothing you can’t get done!).
• Proven experience in fast paced working environment with high level of initiative.
• Ability to understand, utilise, and drive compliance of company policies & processes.
• Calm under pressure with proven ability to work within deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously & within a team environment.
