The Role

We’re on the hunt for a savvy eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge growth across our global online playground. From driving high-performing marketing campaigns to owning the day-to-day magic of our websites worldwide, this is your chance to make an impact in a high growth business environment.

Reporting to our Digital Director, you'll partner with key players across our Marketing, Merch Planning, Finance, and Logistics teams to bring the Honey Birdette red carpet experience to life online. If you're equal parts strategic thinker / hands-on doer, and love a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment, we want you on the team.

A day in the life of our eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager entails..

Your Sweet Spots (About You)

• Proven experience in a high-performing eCommerce business, ideally in fashion or retail.
• Strong track record in managing digital and performance marketing campaigns with clear commercial outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and forecasting skills with a deep understanding of web analytics and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion drivers
• Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to brief and collaborate with content and creative teams.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
