The Role
Ready to grow your career in merchandise planning? As Honey Birdette’s Junior Merchandise Planner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Planning team to maximise sales, optimise stock levels, and ensure our product launches run seamlessly.
Working closely with Planning, Design, Suppliers, and our Boutique teams, you’ll assist with product set-ups, sales and stock analysis, reporting, and system maintenance - ensuring our data is accurate, our boutiques are supported, and our stunning collections land in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with product set-ups, purchase orders, allocations, and maintaining accurate product details.
- Support weekly sales and stock analysis across products and boutiques, highlighting trends and performance changes.
- Prepare and maintain reporting for the Planning team, ensuring data accuracy across systems.
- Be the key point of contact from the Planning Team with our Boutiques
- Gather and share boutique feedback on product fit, styling, and opportunities with the Merchandise and Design teams.
- Help coordinate communication with boutiques and suppliers regarding launches, ranges, and product information.
- Update product attributes, classifications, and pricing details, and support the implementation of price changes and promotions.
- Monitor incoming stock, assist with launch timelines, and prepare product lists and stock packages for boutique openings.
- Support analysis of store trading patterns and stock levels, providing insights to maximise inventory opportunities and sales performance.
Your Sweet Spots (About You)
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in your work
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) or a willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs, work autonomously, and maintain discretion
- Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working to deadlines
- 1-2 years of previous Planning experience within retail or fashion industry is highly advantageous
