The Role

As our Product Developer – Lingerie, you’ll be the driving force behind turning design dreams into beautifully executed reality. Partnering with our Design, Technical, Production and Global Supply Chain teams, you’ll drive innovation, commercial success and own the end-to-end development process across our lingerie collections — from concept to creation.

You’ll ensure our designs meet the highest standards of fit, quality, and commercial viability, while staying aligned with brand positioning and margin targets. This role calls for a detail-obsessed, solutions-focused developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows exactly what it takes to bring premium, fashion-forward lingerie to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product development across core lingerie categories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Technical, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
• Oversee development timelines, fit processes, and sample approvals in line with the Critical Path.
• Attend fittings and provide detailed sample feedback to vendors.
• Maintain accurate tech packs, BOMs, trackers, and documentation throughout development.
• Source and recommend new materials, trims, and construction techniques.
• Lead the costing process to ensure margin targets are met without compromising quality.
• Mentor and support junior team members and Design Admin Assistants.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore vendors and suppliers.

Your Sweet Spots (About You)

• 6+ years’ experience in product development, ideally within lingerie or intimate apparel.
• Deep knowledge of garment construction, fit development, and technical design.
• Strong supplier management skills and global sourcing experience.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator; working knowledge of Excel is a plus.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality and consistency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about lingerie, fashion, and empowering women through beautiful design.
